BevCam operates multiple studio spaces designed for video production, podcasting, and editing. These spaces are available to members who want to create local programming using professional tools and support.

BevCam TV Studio – Beverly High School

The main BevCam TV Studio is located at Beverly High School. This studio supports a range of production formats and can accommodate up to four people for a talking-head style show.

The space allows for different set configurations, including:

  • Talk shows
  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Live music setups

Studio Equipment Includes:

  • Three studio cameras
  • One overhead PTZ camera
  • Tricaster TC1 Pro video switcher
  • Digital soundboard with 16 inputs and 6 outputs
  • Microphones, cables, stands, and monitors suitable for live band recording
  • LED lighting grid
  • Three backdrop options: black, gray, and green screen
  • Two table and chair configuration styles
  • Three Mac editing computers equipped with Adobe Premiere

Several camcorder-style cameras with accessories are also available in conjunction with studio production needs.

Access to this studio is subject to school policies, as it is located within Beverly High School.


Downtown Private Editing Suites

BevCam Downtown includes two private editing suites. Each suite accommodates one to two people.

These suites are used by members to edit completed footage and prepare programs for distribution. Members also use the suites for voiceover recording connected to their shows.

The editing suites provide a quiet environment focused on post-production work.


BevCam Downtown Podcast Space

The BevCam Downtown Podcast Space supports audio production for up to four participants.

This room is used for podcast recording and audio-based programming. The space has been used for:

  • In Focus: On Air
  • Funny You Should Mention It
  • Footprints
  • Beverly 400+
  • Slo Ur Roll
  • Rise, Heal, and Grow
  • The Sharing Wheel
  • Mikey’s Random Mondays

The podcast space supports small-group recording and discussion-based formats.


Studio Policies and Use Guidelines

Use of BevCam studio spaces follows established policies outlined in the Membership Agreement and Policies & Procedures.

Key guidelines include:

  • No explicit advertising
  • Members must provide finished content to BevCam for airing
  • Time limits and usage rules are defined in membership policies
  • Food and beverages are permitted when deemed safe on set and approved by staff
  • No alcohol, drugs, or smoking
  • No dangerous items
  • School rules must be followed when using the Beverly High School studio
  • Access to restrooms and sinks in the high school requires staff assistance

These policies help ensure safe and consistent use of shared spaces.
